Northeast Pennsylvania judge's son fatally struck by car in Pittsburgh

Investigators say 22-year-old Penn State student Cody Barrasse was struck early Saturday in the city's Oakland neighborhood. Barrasse is the son of Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas Judge Michael Barrasse.
